The quiet alleyway location here is marvelous, the place is bright and in good condition overall.

Units in GOOD condition. Good super central location and helpful and efficient staff. Walking distance to shopping centres and a night market across the street.

The venue was pretty standard, I appreciated the location not far from Fortune Town, and shopping mall and jodd fairs, and city views. The staff were helpful, pleasant and helped me with private parking. The hotel had indeed a particularly good location to Phetchaburi MRT station. Din Daeng district was worth exploring. Everything was simply nice❤

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from a tube station, the room was affordable and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly.

We only stayed for 10 minutes and went elsewhere no way could we sleep on a rock hard bed for two weeks and patio door no lock

Situated in a back lane to the busy main road, its very Secure, Clean, Quite, Affordable, Very Helpful n Friendly staff (However Dont expect fluent English), Convenient location with 7 eleven open all night 4 mins away and mrt 7 mins walk away. There is also Fortune it Center and Mall outside mrt station...Its more of self serviced apartments rather than a hotel..Slightly away from cbd but again with a mrt closeby its not a major issue unless you want everything on your doorstep..Internet is available in room for 100 Baht a nite and also at reception incase you dont have a computer.. There are plenty of decent massage shops (nothing lewd) in the same back lane as this place which is a plus alongwith hairdressers, a small vege flea market.More of a local residential colony setting than a plush 5 star location..However, Extreme value for money..Surely would stay again on nxt visit with such complete package on offer..

The location of this place is great - shopping malls and a night market are just a short walk away, plus there's a cubical shrine 3 km from here.

Unbelievable that there will be such a nice room and the cost are very cheap in the downtown area that not far from airport and nearby Rama9 subwat station. This was my second stay in Praso Residence rooms.I appreciated that the room are very clean. The staffs are friendly even though this hotel not big,they try their best to service us.

If they have restaurant it would be great !

The room here was bright and spacious, plus the bed was super cozy 😊 the price was around 1042 pounds but you really get your money's worth. the location is fantastic, close to the metro, shopping center, night market, and MRT/Fortune Town.

During my stay, the hotel ensured my comfort was prioritized by promptly offering me another room when the air conditioning in my room broke down. The hotel is located relatively close to Phetchaburi MRT station, enabling easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the hotel facilities, such as the fitness center and laundry facilities were a perk. The staff were very helpful, making this hotel a solid choice for my stay.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. All in all, everything was good during my stay in this city.
